  • Manufacturing defects or errors in the order: Mediterranea Leaders will assume the return shipping costs.
  • Other reasons: If the return is not due to a defect or error, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the package arrives correctly.

7. Options: Refund, Exchange or Repair

  • Repair or exchange: Whenever possible, we offer repair or exchange of the product.
  • Refund: If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days of approval of the return.

8. Used Products with Defects

If the product has been used and has a manufacturing defect, we will evaluate the case individually to determine the best solution. We are committed to reaching an agreement satisfactory to both parties.

9. Considerations for International Shipping

For international returns:

  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in the order.
