We make national and international shipments from Spain. During the checkout process, we will provide you with available shipping options based on your location.
2. Shipping Costs
- Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands: FREE
- Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: €15 — FREE on orders over €150
- European Union: €15 — FREE on orders over €150
- Non-EU Europe (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway …): €18 — FREE on orders over €150
- Rest of the world: €20 — FREE on orders over €150
3. Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times are:
- Spain (peninsula): 2 to 5 business days.
- Balearic, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: From 7 to 15 business days.
- International shipments: From 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Note: These times are approximate and may vary due to external factors, such as customs delays or logistical problems. We accept no liability for delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping and Tracking Process
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email with confirmation of your purchase.
- Shipping Notification: Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable), so you can monitor the progress of the delivery.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to:
- Provide complete and accurate address.
- Be available to receive the package at the indicated address or coordinate with the carrier.
Mediterranea Pixel, S.L. is not responsible for problems or additional costs resulting from errors in the information provided by the client.
6. Delays and Special Circumstances
We make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, but we are not responsible for delays due to:
- Customs processes in international shipments.
- Logistical problems on the part of the carrier.
- Circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters or global emergencies.
In the event of significant delays, we will contact you to find an appropriate solution.
7. International Shipping
For shipments outside of Spain:
- Customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and fees in their country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
- Some countries may require additional documentation or experience delays due to customs regulations.
We make sure to prepare your order in accordance with international standards to minimize inconveniences.
8. Damaged or Lost Products
If the package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping:
- Damaged products: Contact us at info@mediterranealeaders.es within 2 business days of receiving the package, providing photos of the packaging and the affected product.
- Lost Products: If you do not receive your package within the estimated time, please contact us so we can arrange an investigation with the carrier.
In the event of loss or damage attributable to the carrier, we will take reasonable steps to help you resolve the problem. This may include replacement of the product or a refund, depending on the case.
9. Safety and Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to protect the products during shipping. If you receive a package with obvious signs of external damage, we recommend documenting it before opening it and notifying us immediately.
